PolarWhitePro returns policy
RETURING A DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEM:
In the unlikely event that a product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect), we will provide you with an appropriate remedy e.g. refund, replacement or repair. Simply call us on 01 685 4063.
In the event of Polar White Pro sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Polar White Pro within 14 days of receipt to Polar White Pro before we can issue the replacement item. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right not to replace the original faulty item.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN
You can return items via the Post Office, where you will need to request a receipt of postage to ensure that the parcel is traceable, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches Polar White Pro. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please keep a receipt of postage for your records. All returns must include a returns slip with your name, address and contact number and be packaged properly.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT
For goods returns made via the Post Office, it may take up to 28 days to be credited to your account.
If the goods are still not showing as a credit 28 days after postage/collection date, please send us an email using the Contact Us button below or call us on 01 685 4063.
IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a Polar White Pro package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Please visit our contact us page.

- By placing and order for our products, the purchaser acknowledges acceptance of our trading terms & conditions.
- Full payment must be made prior to dispatch
- Accepted payment methods are; credit card, laser card, & postal order
- Prices are exclusive of delivery which is to be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise stated
- Legal ownership of goods remains with Polar White Pro until payment is made in full
- Claims for short supply or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods
- Refund or exchange will only be recognized within 14 days and only if the product is found to be faulty or defective. Polar white pro is not liable for any postage costs involved.
